Assembly Election Exit Polls 2024: After the completion of the assembly elections held in Maharashtra and Jharkhand, now everyone’s eyes are on the results of the elections. A major exit poll released before this has put BJP in tension. In this poll, NDA seems to be suffering losses in both the states, while INDIA coalition government seems to be formed. If this poll proves correct then the problems for BJP and its alliance may increase further. However, in 6 out of 11 polls in Maharashtra and 4 out of 8 in Jharkhand, BJP coalition government is seen coming.
In fact, according to the survey conducted by Electoral Edge, the BJP alliance (Mahayuti) in Maharashtra seems to be getting only 118 seats, which is far from the majority. At the same time, INDIA alliance is getting 150 seats, which is crossing the majority mark. These figures could become a headache for the BJP, especially when it was hoping to strengthen its position in the state.
Bad news for BJP in Jharkhand too
If we talk about Jharkhand, the situation here also looks challenging for BJP and its allies. According to the survey conducted by Electoral Edge’s exit poll, NDA (BJP alliance) is expected to get only 32 seats. INDIA alliance seems to get 42 seats. Apart from this, 7 seats are seen going to the account of other parties. If these figures prove to be correct, then INDIA alliance may get a clear majority to form the government in Jharkhand.
Big blow for BJP
Jharkhand has long been considered an important stronghold of BJP. This state can become a big political challenge for BJP. The process of assembly elections in Maharashtra and Jharkhand has ended. Today, on November 20, the last phase of voting has also been completed. Now everyone’s eyes are on the election results on November 23.
